I broke the bottom part of the fuel injector air bleeds off in my intermediate housing when I was cleaning the intake ports! I've ordered them from mazda trix and now that they are here I cant fingure out how to get the broken parts out and put the new ones in. Can any one give me any advice on how to change these? Heres a pic of them if you dont know what I'm talking about...

 

Well, you could take a piece of thick wire and make a fish hook out of it and fetch the rest out of the bore.

Or remove the lower intake manifold and push them up with your finger.

 

Hey Thanks... I tried the hook thing with a couple different picks... but ended up scratching the plastic... So I put a long bolt down the middle of everything and threaded a nut on the end in the intake bore. Then I just pulled up on it and it slid really easily! Only took a few min to change both... I'm ready to put it back together now!
