primary injector air bleed / diffusers

how do i remove them outta my old iron without breaking them ?
re using them can save me $80 + ship for the rest of my build would really appreciate that.

Spray lots of silicone lube on them,and carefully start working them out.
once the lube hits the seal they move alot easier and then just come out like butter.

For primaries, pull off LIM, insert finger and wiggle the diffuser up and out, while using silicone spray/oil/lubricant.
