The price of S4 jspecs went up?

I was looking up SR prices for a friend and decided to check on 13B's. S4's are now $100 more than S5's on this site.

Anyone aware of the cause?

I believe there were more series 5 car sold in japan than series 4 cars. Quite the opposite from the US market.

holy ******** Tuesday batman! theres a site where i can just buy an jspec engine? thta makes hunting one down waaaaay easier no? engine, tranny, ecu, harness,
intercooler for $1750.xx (including tax) i mean what would be more cost effective? finding a blown motor and getting it rebuilt, or getting one of these and droppin them in? wait these are used right? isnt the japan engine emission cap at like 70k on mileage?

pshh S5 > Stronger rear plate, better intake manifold, better turbo. High compression, S5 better motor imo. Lighter rotors and rotating assembly.

Or spend the extra 300 bucks and get the REW.

What the hell are you talking about? Haha

Wasn't saying that I'm looking into buying Jspec, just merely asking why S4 prices have shot up about $300.

A 13B-RE is $100 less than a s4 complete package just because the -RE doesn't come with a trans... weird. Not that the harness and ecu are any good over here stateside for a swap.
