does anyone know the mesurment for making your own headers? and does anyone have a printout plate?

Why not use the exhaust manifold gasket as a template? Better yet go buy a new one since you'll need it anyways then it won't even be dirty you can trace it on some steel plate and plasma cut the shape out. Done!
