ok i work at this auction place.. and we just got in a 89 gtu.. its a donation car saysthe engine is bad.. 94k on the odometer.. and its rust free.. from what i saw... just wondering what its worth is.. interior is awesome shape too.. man im lucky this is the 3rd second gen rx7 that has came in.. i alrdy bought the gxl and im waiting on the tii to go through for my full tii swap

 

I'd say from $1,000-$2,000.Any pics?That would help us out to determine a good price.

and actually we just started it up... it works battery is dead it smoked for a bit then was running fine.. needs exhaust bad... my buddy will probably buy it.. he liked mine and he works here too lol...

Damn the body on that car is in better condition than mine thats a steal,but my engine is allmost new and that's the most important part.Where is this auction place at?Do you see any FDs going in any auctions there?If you find one with a blown or going motor or even no motor or trans at all let me know.I'd say its worth at least $1,000-$1,500 but go as low as you can of course.

 

Its in Flint, its a dealer only auction though... and i havent seen any fd's and im sure if i do they will be badly wrecked... and if i do find one with a blown engine ill let you know.
