Question Premix gas cap interest ?

So after careful consideration about gas caps (ie... E85 is yellow, Diesel is green, gas is black) so why not cater to us pre-mixers, so im thinking something like a burnt orange with a fuel pump symbol and a oil can symbol with a premix ratio sticker for inside the fuel door , trying to get a feel of interest to see if its worth the work or am i just a crazy person lol

let me know what you guys think ! if interest is worth it ill get a model made

i spent endless hours online looking for anything remotely close but nothing at all, and the cost would be relatively cheap, i just gotta make a mould and buy a few gas caps and see how well it all goes , i just think that its one of those things that people overlook , but seriously try searching anywhere for a Premix gas cap .... nothing ,only for lawn mowers and weed whackers

You should make the inside of the cap longer and make it like a measuring cup marked in ounces for the oil.

Better yet, would be great to have a easy metering hand pump that screws onto oil bottles, so instead of busting out a funnel and the 2stroke quart and measuring it up at the station. Just put in the tube and crank spcific amount... They always look at me wierd and ask stupid questions(oregon, we don't pump our own gas). Anyone know where to get one? (going to search now...)

That would be good to have a sticker *premix only* 3/4oz to 1 gal or 1 oz to 1 gal which ever you prefer...

Sir, Please Put down the nozzle and step away from the gasonline pump.

It is pretty funny when People try to pump their own gas. They attendants get all defensive and ****... But yea, sometimes they even wash your windsheild.

Some people from Oregon don't know how to pump their own gas... yea.

You can pump your own gas in Oregon if you're a truck driver. I have a permit for it though. /thread jack

sad story. some don't. my high school summer job was pumping gas for boats on a floating dock, and if it was really busy (usually was) i would just set everything up and hand the nozzle to the owner and they would do it. there was a girl from oregon once who asked me to do it because and i quote "i don't know how.". it was a 4 stroke waverunner with the huge gas lid right up front.

also had a 30-45 year old woman pre-mixing her 4 stroke ski boat with 4 stroke oil
