well it goes back on the same way it came off of course. power steering rack drivers side rack with 2 pullies uptop(power steering pully and the power steering tensioner pully). loosen the tensioner pully(inner one) via the long threaded 10mm?? bolt uptop which will let the pully drop down. loop the belt around the main drive pully in the middle bottom of the engine and around the power steering pully and tensioner. now tighten the long threaded bolt ontop of the tensioner so the pully now raises back up to tension the belt. tighten it till you can move the belt 1/4 of slack with you finger. not to tight wear out the bearings but not to loose it will work itself off. I think the ac belt has to come off before you can loop the ps belt anyway. I havnt had the ps or a/c for awhile so forgive me if I didnt tell you 100% how to do it.
