Power windows slow/ get struck

I just bought an 89 TII and the power windows on it go kinda slow and then in some spots get struck and need help to go all the way up. Is the motor going out or do the rails need to be lubbed or something? Anyone know?

take out the switches on the door and clean the terminals sometimes that causes them to go slow after a while
