Did a bit of searching & came up with a few results- but I'm unsure of what my problem is exactly. Hoping someone could diagnose for me. =)

It's already been a very bad day- so I go for a comfort cruise, I'm on the highway with the top down, I start to roll the windows up, the passenger side makes it all the way to the top, the driver's side stops halfway and I hear a "POP." I tried rolling it up and it wouldn't move, but pushing the button down, the window lowered all the way. When I pull the switch up, the motor moved a bit but the window wouldn't budge.

Upon pulling the door panel off, the motor stopped moving as much as it did and simply clicks now. I can push the window up about 1/4th the way with my hands, but it gets stuck at one point and simply won't go past. It slides back down with no problem.

Did it come off the tracking? Motor die? Wires disconnect? My driver's door is in pieces inside my car, the driver's side windows all the way down and it's sitting in the parking garage. My tools, cell, keys, clothes, body is covered in grease. It's raining outside, I'm soaked. I feel like crap.
