is a power WINDOW the same as a manual window?

ok.... littlecon just got his car broken into..... his right window was busted out.... he has power windows...... i have 2 spare windows sitting in my backyard, but they are from a manual windowed car....... so my question is... are the windows all the same? or were there differences in the design from manual windows and power windows? thanx
