Power window question(pass side)
Drivers side works fine but neither my drivers or pass switch can operate the pass side window. If I apply power to the motor the window will roll down(normal speed) and if I use the drivers switch I can roll it back up very slowly though(pass switch still does not work). I already tried cleaning the contacts on the pass side switch but not the drivers yet.

Did you try applying power at the switch instead of at the motor? The switch could be bad. Happened twice in my BMW (the '7 has manual windows - for now...)
Just think diagnostically - work your way back until it doesn't work anymore, then you've found your problem.

Did this ever get resolved i have the exact same issue, switches are good tried 100% known good switchs, still wont work. If the switches are good i cant think of any reason that the window will go up but not down. I get no power to the window when i press to go down. But it will go up. I have put power to the motor and know that it is fine and can find no wiring issues. Are there any fuses associated with the windows?

Check for power coming from the drivers switch to the passenger switch to make sure you have correct voltage. I even tested the voltage as I fipped the power on/off switch to make sure it was working.
I know you tried using known good switches but I have gone though this a ton of times and recently had an issue where my passenger side window would not go up or down from either switch. Cleaned the switches multiple times and nothing. Finally, I sanded lightly on the contacts to shine them back up and it all works perfectly.

Remove the switch from the driver side panel and disassemble it. Clean all the contacts, gently stretch the springs and apply fresh grease to the sliding surfaces.
Just fixed the same problem on the second TII, so i can speak with authority.
You may want to remove and clean the switch on the passenger side too

I did this too, but in my case the contacts fouled out again within a month or two.
The problem is that all the current that operates the window motors goes through those tiny little contacts and fowls them. Once I have my engine swap done I'm going to wire in relays so the main current for the motors passes through them rather than the switches.
