It's fairly straightforward. You need to get the power steering pump (and associated bracket), power steering computer, rack and associated piping. Should be a direct swap. I believe the tie rods are the same, but you should confirm that they are the same part number to be sure.
Make sure to get the power steering equipment from the same year as they changed from speed sensitive to RPM sensitive around 89 or so.
