power stearing Q, need help!!

power stearing swap probs, need help!!

as some of you know i wrecked my 90 gxl and im transfering most all the good parts into my 88 gxl parts car.i just got the motor in yesterday and realized that the power stearing racks are different as the 88 pump had two lines one for preashure and another for equilization (presure release(not shure if this is right) and the 90 pump has just the presure line. what i want to know is that can i just put a pipe fiting on the second line to block it off or do i have to change the stearing racks

i really need an answer to this please
