power is not there all the time.

so i have always thought my car was sort of sluggish, for what it has done to it, occasionally i'll hit it and it feels way faster than what it normally is but generally for a short spurt, and its not because the boost is spiking, even though it will do that occasionally.

lately, my gas mileage is getting even worse. its been around 16.6, but seems closer to 14 now. i have had flooding issue only when the engine is hot, i know why i have flooding issue, the compression is low on the rotors, 85 on the front and 75 on the rear, dont know what i can do about that other than tear it down.

i dont know if i have a bad relay, ground, sensor, or something else, i dont even know where to begin for this one.

my driveway is somewhat steep, and if i dont get the car off the line and above 1000 rpms it will sit at 1000 all the way to the top of my driveway and wont accelerate. but if its above that its ok. also, the car has always idled around 800 rpms, but after it jumped timing is hasnt reallly ever gone higher than 650

my current mods are 720 secondaries, 255 walbro, streetport, ceramic seals, blitz intake/bov, safc, 3" downpipe, midpipe, gutted cat, rb exhaust, and a 6 puck, and its running on the stock 7 lbs of boost

can anyone guide me in the right direction to get this car closer to its potentioal i know the powers there because it pulls so much harder sometimes. most of the tmie if i floor it and ****** it goin into second it just barks the tires, but i was having a little more traction trouble even goin into second at 5k when it felt like it was using all its power, but this happens rarely.

im going to replace the plugs first because the flooding probably is crappin them out. A local autoshop said my BAC was bad, but i dont know a whole lot about it.
