power loss

i know that the summer temperatures might have a lot to do with it but, my engine has a pretty significant power loss, especially in lower rpm. the idle is really low and i tried adjusting it but it wont go any higher. the tps is still good, i just put a new one in a few months ago. it just seems more sluggish now. does anyone have any suggestions as to what sensors or valves i should test or check out to see if they are bad? it is an 89 gxl non turbo by the way.

Check for a vacuum leak caused by a cracked hose.
