power limits with CAT? (TII)

I have an old turboback Racingbeat exhaust on my S4 TII with the catalytic converter welded in.

the cat is like this:

3" Pipe direct welded on the cat

I'm running 0,5 Bar (7,25PSI) right now, I don't know how much power it has, but I was wondering what the limits WITH a stock or at least Legal Cat are, how much HP and boost pressure.
In my country I would get ALOT of problems if they find out that I have no cat.

so what is possible WITH Catalytic Converter?

Chris Ott from Rotary Performance in Garland Texas (www.RX7.com) made over 400 to the wheel with a catalytic converter. I think it might have been running a haltech but I'm not sure. I do know it's black...and it's freaking sweet!
