power increase from aftermarket manifold

does anybody what the power increase figures are for putting on a tubular turbo manifold? or how much it effects spool time?

im debating on fabricating my own (with a professional welder/machinest) for my turbo setup im running now, or waiting a few years and doing it when i upgrade the whole system.

also, my wastegate flapper door rattles. i can slightly hear it at idle and much more during decel (in gear). anybody know how to fix this?
