Power door locks no longer powered.

So I finally got my engine installed and everything and working just fine but the problem I'm having is that the power doorlocks no longer work. Power door locks being that when I lock the driver's side with my key it automatically locks the passenger side. Now, I have removed the security computer from the car, can this keep the power door locks from working?

removing the security CPU shouldn't affect the door locks... its just makes it easier to steal the car.

I'd be checking the door harnesses too see that they are still connected.

My anti-theft device is poor paint and rusted body panels.

remember the powr lock system on a RX-7 is a follow me system, in that there is only a door lock motor in the passengers door, and the drivers door is just a switch (no door lock motor).
