any good wheel shop can powdercoat them for you, restore to original, or clearcoat to keep the dust from sticking (and make it shiny).

Just make sure that when you do have them powder coated make sure that the old/factory coat is taken off correctly. A lot of shops like to burn off the old coat this is the wrong way to do it because they heat the metal to such a temperature that it changes the hardness of the wheel and makes it more brittle. They should ether sand blast off the old coat or acid dip them. Have fun and keep rotoring
