post your boost loss theory

need info where to start with boost loss,now i have 7psi origanly 13psi with safc 3inch exhaust downpie chip hybrid turbo stock intercooler fcd 720s; i am lost . im not looking for wise guy answers , this is to help everyone like a family

Have you pressure tested the system for leaks?

Check your Wastegate actuator?
