Possible to turbocharge an '86 NA 13B?

I have a 13B from an '86 RX7 and want to know if it's possible to turbo charge this motor? I've been told by a few people that the rotors are too high of compression to turbocharge.
At the same time I've been told that it is possible to turbocharge this engine, but that since the compression ratio is high I will only be able to run about 6 Psi. of boost.
If anyone out there can help with any info on this subject I'd be greatly appreciative.
Thank you,
-Joe

Yeah, you can, but it'll be alot of trouble. Do a search for a guy on here by the call name "Aaron Cake". He has all your answers

Yes you can, I have. You can run basicly as much boost as you can tune it for (within reason).
