Is it possible to Turbo a 6 port 13B??

Ive really been looking into the whole turbo thing, and is finding it difficult to comprehend. Ive been explained to that the 4 ported 13b rotor is best, but what about a 6 port...?? Why cant i turbo this 6 port... Is it because of the compression, and if so, what would i have to do to make it possible??

Also, how much horsepower can a N/A 13b produce? :smiley_12

Sure it's possible.

I've got a few more quirks to work out be for I dyno but I'm interested to see how much power I'm actually getting.

Aaron cakes site is good, if it were me though I would try and source a turbo LIM though and port it to make the auxiliary ports, i believe this would allow you to not have to use a spacer and cut the frame.

well, 6ports can be ported but it more or less pissing in the wind... the reason the turbos are 4port is that the aux are almost useless with a turbo... that and the 4ports can be ported more easily, and larger ports can be made... and its generaly a bad idea to "throw a turbo" on an NA, because of compression, unless you are arroncake

honestly though I prefer a 6port NA myself to a turbo for reliablilty reasons, dont go turbo. If you wana have fun, ether street port that engine, or find a 4port NA or get a turbo block and use NA rotating Asembly, and port the ever loving **** out of it... that way you shouldnt need to replace your driveline, it shouldnt have the low end power to rip the NA stuff apart.
