Does anyone know how these mounts compare with the Banzai Racing Poly mounts? http://www.banzairacing.net/

Ok just did a search and the MMR mounts are made out of BLACK UHMW Polyethylene as opposed to Banzai Racing's mounts which are made out of 90A durometer red polyurethane. From what I understand the MMR Polyethylene is a much harder material with better characteristics in high heat situations as opposed to the Banzai Racing's Polyurethane mounts.

You're partially correct. I make mounts out of both material. The polyETHYLENE is much harder than the polyURETHANE (typically. Since very hard polyurethane could be used but commonly is not). Both handle the pressure, both handle the heat. For motor and tranny mounts that's where it ends. For bushings coefficients of friction come into play. This is where polyethylene excels.

================================================== =====

I'm now taking orders for polyethylene motor and tranny mounts. They will include grade 8 hardware.

PRICES:

motor mounts: 50 shipped
tranny mounts: 30 shipped
both mounts: 75 shipped

PAYMENT:

non-credit card payments to:stitt69@yahoo.com (preferred method if possible)
credit card payments to: cls49@pitt.edu
- I also accept check and MO payments. PM me for my address.

SHIPPING:

Shipped price is for the 48 states only. Canada, HI, and AK add $5. International orders should contact me for a quote first. Items will ship within 1 week after the buy ends.

DETAILS:

15 motor mount sets and 15 tranny mount sets will be available in this introductory offer. Once all are spoken for the buy will end.
