Possible High Idle Again (Im new and didnt see my previous post)

I just bought a 1991 FC3S Convertable and I am brand new to owning a RX7. I am apologizing now for any stupid questions I may ask later in the future. Well I've noticed the past few days that when I start my car on those cold mornings that it revs up to 3000rpm while it sits in neutral and it kicks on the fan. Then when I put the car in gear it drops down to its normal idle at 1000rpm. Is this a high idle problem or does it mean it just need to have some plugs changed or somthing simple like that?

Once again I apologize for any stupid questions I may ask.

The verts have a different chassis code. fc3C

Also, the revving question's already been covered as well.
It's in the FAQ. You should take a look at it just as a good read. Seriously, the FAQ in the 2nd gen section is so complete, it's ridiculous. You'll learn a lot about your car just from reading it. It's there for a reason. Make some good use of it.
