Possible Clutch Problem? - Clutch feels long

I got the car like this and the previous owner stated that the clutch was replaced not too long ago. This is my first rx7 and didn't know if it was normal or not.

The clutch pedal seems to feel very long and catches at the very end. Is this normal? I daily drive other manual cars and never have felt a clutch like this before. The clutch engages, doesn't slip, and I don't have any issues shifting. its just that the 'friction point' or engagement feels off.

if it is an issue, any ideas to resolve it?

You can adjust the pedal to your liking, you will find it at the front of the clutch pedal assembly area.
