is it possible to blow a motor by jump starting it a few times... my buddies alternator belt broke so he jump started it a few times to get it home and now he thinks he has a blown motor.... u think its more likely just flooded?

 

I can't imagine any way that jump starting can kill an engine.

 

maybe if he had no air pump and then had no belt running the water pump and overheated it, did he put a belt back on. its probley gonna run like crap with no current from the alternator
