Porting WG question

Ok first off Kevin just finished my new engine and I should be getting it put in next week sometime hopefully. Im also gonna have the guy putting it in port the wastegate, is there anything he should know on procedures? How much to take off ect. If anyone can give me a general idea so that i can relay it to him that would be helpful.

Dude what kind of car do you have?? cuz the s4 and s5 turbos are diffrent
Anyways this is for a s5 turbo

also consider his mod and that is using a seprate pipe for the wastegate to the DP. That will pretty much totally control any boost creep that could occur. Its a damn good design.

If its a s4 turbo the wastegate is already extremly small and porting it wont do THAT much good but will help. Id go to the maximum flapper door diameter and that should help some. For both series that Downpipe mod in the thread is a great help also.
