i just ported my wastegate to 22mm which means the door covers 83% of the hole. i was wondering what kind of boost could i control with a mbc. i know that s5's with a full 3" exhaust will get 10# or more. what i would i be able to do. i want a full 3" but for now i think im gonna get just a 3" dp and go from there. any suggestions.

22mm is about twice the size of the stock hole.

You should be fine with a 3" all the way back.

Get a ball and spring MBC instead of a bleeder valve...it should be sufficient enough

 

i already have one. this guy that had a talon gave it to me. it sys "avo" on it. what kind is that?
