Port Valve Actuator help

Hey guys I recently bought an 87 2+2 model RX7, although not sure if it's a GXL or what. The car has most bolt ons like exhaust, header, intake. Air pump removed, no cats. The car should be running pretty quick right? Well it runs good before hitting about 90 mph then it bogs down. After much research I found that it could be my aux. port valve actuator. I was right the actuator is broken looks like the little link from the actuator to the rod is broken. Can I get an actuator from a local disount, or autozone, or do I have to go to a dealer? If anyone can also give me a price range that would help aswell. I lost to a new jetta today because of the fact im losing 25 hp so an help would be appreciated. Also because I have a pretty free flowing exhaust would my actuator work anyway?
Thanks

Jon

Find a used one on a junk yard car.

But it is unusual to have it cause that problem. I would be more looking at the aux ports not working correctly or other intake issues.

The port air valve only allows air pump air to go to the cats, to lean out the actual exhaust mixture. Since you don't have either cats or an air pump it really can't affect anything. It does not in anyway feed to anything before the actual exhaust port of the car.

If you unplug it, does the problem go away???
