Popping sound, now I can't boost more than ~.5psi

I mean the hose from the MAF box to the turbo where it actually meets the turbo was cracked real bad. No other intake system parts were broken, and I sealed everything good and snug when I put it back together.
Thats odd, since that doesn't hold boost pressure, maybe a bad maf reading is causing the problem.
And yeah it's a vacuum switch, well boost switch maybe? Ehh, you get the picture.

I guess I could try my friend's vacuum gauge again to see if my boost gauge is playing nice and if so then test the MAF. I wish it was the end of the semester so I could use my good old print subsidy to print off the FSM...
