Popping in deceleration... Vac leak?

Heya, I posted earlier about some of this stuff...
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/tps-s4-wastegate-port-idle-gods-my-weird-symptoms-454218/

Today in an effort to correct a potential vac leak, Iremoved the IC,TB and UIM, re-seated all the gaskets/vac-lines and caps. Reassembled it all and the idle seems a little better, it pops slightly and fluxes +-100rpms. Acceleration feels great and normal however, when I let off the throttle the car pops and surges slightly when just revving down. "buh-buh-buh... buhbuh-buh-buh."

The only place that I can think of that I haven't verifed for a vac leak is where the LIM connects to the block. I sprayed carb cleaner on it while it was running and got nothing. Are you guys still convinced this is a vac leak? Everything was perfect before I ported the WG. And then this weird stuff... I don't know...
