poping from engine/turbo

I have a 89 tII stock turbo greddy BOV mariah cold air K&N air intake;walbro fuel pump and when i decelerate the engine pops or pings?
thins is only when i let off the gas quickly.

sounds normal, you should check your tps, also check the throttle plate angles

Is it the engine that is popping or is it a backfire from the exhaust? Also if it is a pinging sound it could be detonation
