Pop Noise When Rev'd In Nuetral????

Is it normal for a completely stock rx7 to pop through the exhaust when rev'd in nuetral???

yup.......on decelleration

if you are at WOT and getitng ppping sounds (backfires) you might have some issues....but on decel its pretty typical
