YEs, teh v1 is the best.

I have run it for 2+ years now and have had no tickets yet with it. Before, I had probably 20 in 5 years. Now I can pick off a state trooper, **well** hidden, at 1/2 mile minimum. Even if he is running instant-on, I can defeat him provided there is someone in front of me. IF I am travelling at the front of the pack, there is no defense any detector can offer, adn it is my own fault.

Just last month I was in my dad's dodge diesel dually truk hauling a 3500 lb load up north. I was going through virginia, where detectors are illegal btw. Speed limit is 65, I was doing every bit of 85, down a hill. Around a hill situated in the median the v1 picks something up, still a very weak signal, but I begin to slow down and start looking around. The hill ends adn turns into flat ground and about 1/2 mile at the bottom of this incline sits a state trooper. I stab the brakes, in this big ******* truck, and I get slowed down to about 67 right when the v1 goes to full alert. My friend, who had never seen a v1, about **** his pants. We concluded that the ticket we could have recieved alone paid for the price of my v1 right then and there...it has saved me a mini8mum of 100 times.
