Put a link to some info about it. I would guess that it's not, most people go with a fully programmable ECU for their RX-7.

By the way, turn your caps lock key off.

I am guessing you are talking about the Knightsports ECU.

I wouldnt reccomend it, because if you dont have the exact modifications that the ECU was programmed for (adjusted fuel/timing curves), than there is a good chance you may blow your engine. I suggest a fully programmable (haltech, motec, etc) ECU if you are going this extreme.
