Plugs/Seals for holes in the engine bay?

Hi!
Im cleaning up my engine by atm and there is ALOT of holes i dont use. What do you guys do with them? How do you seal / plug em up? I dont want to weld them..

Stock there is alot of black small plugs/seals but almoste all of them break when i remove them.

hmm good point! Welding is the best and smoothest solution but as for now i dont know which holes i need.. The engine is not ready yet so its hard to test-assembly it
