Question Plug Wires

Is anyone running 10 mm Magnecor Plug Wires? Is it worth getting the 10 mm vs. 8mm? Any noticable difference in performance or engine operation? What other wires would you all recommend.

I bought the Magnecor 8.5's from Mazdatrix instead of the 10's. Why? They were out of stock on the 10's. heh. They're working fine so far.

nology wires are junk. Magnecore WIRES are good, but the boots on them are god awful. The dont fit securely around spart plug or coil. I only use the mazda factory wires, they work the best and fit the best. Youd be suprised how easiely you can toss your motor on bad spark plug wires.

Thicker doesn't necessarily mean better.&nbsp The thicker spark plug wire just has thicker insulation on it.&nbsp Personally, I have never seen a modern spark plug wire fail at it's insulation - it usually arcs through a gap in the boot.&nbsp So I'd say the thicker wires are a waste of money.

Nology wires are a waste of money.&nbsp I've actually seen a 1993 FD LOSE 5hp on a DynoJet dyno with these crap.&nbsp Back to back testing done with NGK stockers.
