Plug for rear squirter?
Hey All,
I've just removed the rear wiper & squirter from my '89 T2. I found a plug for the hatch glass in my junk bucket, but I'm having a hard time finding something that will fit the keyhole where the rear squirter used to sit.
Anyone find a cool plug for this hole, and if so, where'd you get it?
Thanks!

Why don't you try epoxying the hole?
tape the bottom and mix clear two part epoxy and completely fill the hole. The when it fully cures (couple days later) come back over it with a file and then buff it out.
I've never done this but its worth a shot. All those crack repair kits are is a form of glue...

Paul Ko @ K2RD has a custom machined "disc" that bolts into the hole.  He found it at a junkyard.  He was thinking about offering them to the public, since he has the machining capabilities.  Drop him a note @ http://www.k2rd.com/

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll give Paul a ring today and see what he's got. I found a 1/2" body plug at a local auto parts store that looks good but I had to butcher the seating rib to get it to stay as the hole is more on the order of 3/8 or 7/16.
