Arrow Please L00K at my parts list for N/A Rebuild for SoloII car

I have a 87 chassis, I'll be installing a '90 N/A motor with the following, plus a street port with the mazdatrix templetes.

Required for all rebuilds

1)Gasket and seal set
2)Hayes Water jacket o-rings
3)Oil control ring seals -
4)Oil control ring springs -
5)Apex seals -
6)Apex seal springs -
7)Side seal springs -
8)FD corner seal springs -
9)Corner Seal plugs
10)Silicone Vacuum hose
11)Front main seal -
12)Rear main seal -
13)spark plugs -
14)injector intake manifold seals -

Upgrades

15)Turbo oil pump -
16)Oil pan baffle plate -
17)RB oil pressure regulator -
18)Competition oil jets -
19)EGR block off -
20) M7 washers for oil bypass shim -
21)Pineapple 6port sleeves -
22)Engine "Comp" mounts -
23)Rear "Comp" tranny mounts
24)Front tranny seal and gasket -
25)Rear tranny seal -
27)ACT Street/strip clutch
28)9.5llb Alum flywheel
29)RPM switch for VDI actuator -

Parts that I'm thinking about

30)Stationary gear bearings - (should I get the comp hardened ones??)

31)Rotor bearings - Should I get the comp 3 window ones' here too?

or is it overkill?

Anyone want to comment on the upgrades? Like the oil pan baffle plate, think that's overkill?

The car will be seeing solo II and solo I events. Limited street car driving, but will be street legal. Any comments are welcome. Hoping to hear from the two guys on here that have SCCA cars built up.

sounds like a fun car!

are you sure you want to do a street port, though?
a broad powerband is what's needed for an autocross car, not a high rpm screamer.

that does look good, and I would go with a street port, as you do not lose too much low-end, but do gain a good amount of mid to high range power.

I am sure that you already know this, but the wiring harness in the 87 is not completely compatible with the 90 engine. Just food for thought.

yep, I know, doing the full conversion. w/ Street port I won't loose too much low end (N/A rotarys have none to begin with!)

Anyone else care to comment? Thanks for all the "that looks greats" hehe
