PLEASE HELP! RX7 wont start in cold Wisconsin winter
Please help: This 1989 RX7 GTUs was driven everyday just fine, untill the first snow fall i put it away for 5 days. The car has only 99,072 miles on it and was never beat and always taken care of. The 5 days passed and I tryed to take it back out and it wont start now. My friend that knows a little about RX7's told me to buy new spark plugs take out all the old ones turn it over for one minute straight without any plugs in it, then put the new plugs in and it should start. Another guy I know told me let the car sit untill spring and when it is nice out it will start on its own. I'm new to the rotory and would like advice on getting this baby started, thanks.

If the car is in a generally good state of tune, cold weather shouldn't be a big problem.
Make sure the battery is fully charged, the coolant is fresh (and the proper mix) and you've got 5 or 10w/30 oil and it should start just fine even after a five day sit.
Yesterday morning it was 5°F in Denver and my NA started right up.
I was miserable but she seemed quite nonplussed.
