Its pretty easy to setup. Basically if you have the stock turbo and wg, You hook the side labeled in to the line on the cool side of the turbo. Theres a metal nipple that has a vacuum line going to the wastegate. Take that vacuum line completely off and hook the out side to the nipple on the wastegate. its that easy.

Yeah thats a really old one sorry. I had the Profec B spec II and it has one in and one out line. Thats a really weird setup. The controller is just a profec. is that a used jdm one from japan or soemthing?? You can probably call the greddy tech line and ask them or email them for a diagram. And to answer cmjaure yes almost every boost controller from hks, greddy, turbo xs, apexi, etc...modify boost levels by manipulating vacuum pressure to the wastegate.

after some google searching i found this. its kind of helpful. Looks like you have the profec a setup but your using an internal wg. Basically the one in the pic without a line on it(closest to bracket) should be 1 on the chart which is a vacuum source from the Intake Man. You could use the bov line or the boost sensor line. The one in the middle is 2 and should be hooked to your turbo(the line that used to go the wg). 3 on the left in your pic will go to the wg actuator. Thats pretty simple now the other nipple on the opposite side is the only one I have a question about. here is the link

Ok right now there is a line that goes from the turbo just below the bov pipe. That turbo line goes to the wg actuator right now on your stock setup. You take the line off on both sides. The side on the wg is the actuator I was refering too. as far as that other line. im starting to think its just a releif but I could def be wrong. there is no metion in the diagrams I looked at so maybe it just stays open to vent pressure from one of those lines??? Thats just my guess.
