Please help my fc wont rev

Hello everyone, i have a 89 jdm s5 t2 and this problem exist already half year, the car run completely fine for the first few min after start, i can rev freely as i wish and here is the video:

after few min, the car start fuel cut and wont rev past 2500 rpm if i slam the gas pedal, but it can rev up slowly if i only giving it a little bit of gas and here is the video:

Anyone have any ideas what going on with my car and how do i fix it

The car is basiclly stock except few mods:
Knight sport chipped ecu
cold air intake
apexi bov

limp mode( didn't watch video) .
that is the cause of most "no revs" on an S5.

To help with the diagnosis, try dumping the CEL codes. The FSM will give you a definition of the codes you see.
