Please help me! S5 or S4 jdm motor!!
Please help tell me if this is S4 or S5, I think I see the electric metering pump plug by the air pump but I am not sure. Any other way? I need this to be an S5 to work with my car. Help!

did it just come as a minimal core? are there manifolds on it? there's a few ways to tell, but i'm not sure. the more stock pieces on the motor, the easier it is to tell.
check rotaryresurrection.com; i cant remember if kevin identifies these differences or not. if all else, free bump. i know its been covered before, but i'm not sure what search words to use.

Ummmmm if the oil metering pump has wires comming out of it its S5
If it has a plastic water neck... its s5
if its turbo, an s4 will have what looks like an extra wastegate on it that is the twin scroll flapper, s5's do not
