Please help!!! Flooded and Weird sound from TB

Please help, is there any one had this problem before?
When I turn the key to "ON" position without starting the engine, there is some poping/pumping sound came out from the Thottle Body. Is there any problem?

My car is a 88 GXL

I removed the air pump and AVC. I put a metal plate to block the AVC hole. What else should I do? My car won't start now and flooded. I tried to unplug the spark-plug, there is so much fuel coming out. I let it dried and tried to re-start the engine again but couldn't. Is there any way to un-flood completely. Please help!!!

Thank you so much!!!

well i don't know about the pumping sound but you can unflood by,

1. pull egi inj. (30A) fuse fromthe engine fuse block.
2. crank car for 10-15 sec.
3. put fuse back
4. start car

make sure the door on the air meter isn't stuck open, this caused one car I was working on to keep flooding out.

Is your air pump still running? With the ACV removed, it's open outlet will make a popping sound..

Thanks!!

My air pump is already removed, also, I removed those two things that control the 5th and 6th port. I blocked those holes.
I removed the AVC and blocked the hole too by a metal plate.

No, not the sound from the air pump. The sound is from the throttle body, there is a small cylinder with blue cap sits on/beside the throttle body. There is s "Denso" sign on that cylinder and 12V something with a plug. When I un-plug it, the sound is gone. I don't know what is going on with that cylinder???
