Question Please help, car wont start (TB mod, PD, fuel lines, porting, etc)

Alright, simple (hopefully) problem here. My car wont start!! My car has been at my friends house since wed night when we started the little projects on my rx7 and it hasn't moved since then. Since wed I've ported the upper and lower intake manifolds, did the TB mod, replaced the fuel lines, replaced the PD, took out the actuators/sleeves/rods/etc, and plugged/tapped the necessary holes after doing the TB mod and taking out the actuators and sleeves. I followed the instructions for the TB mod from RETed's site, and as for the actuators and sleeves i read that from the archives. I followed the how-to for porting the upper and lower intake manifolds exactly. And now, after putting everything back together, checking every vac line we could see, checking every plug, the car doesn't start. We tried everything we could. We thought it might be flooded so we did the EGI fuse trick, didnt do anything. We're lost, we have no idea why it doesnt start and swear we did everything right. Anyone have any ideas on what to check? Also, while putting the upper intake manifold and dynamic chamber/TB back on, we seemed to have broken the lines for the Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid Valve (orange) and the Switching Solenoid Valve (gray) which are located under/next to the BAC. We thought this might've been creating a vac leak or somethign, so we plugged them since they were broken to see if it would help and it didn't do anything. Obviously I am going to replace these eventually but it's hard to get parts at 12am. Could those be causing it not to start? From the descriptions in the FSM it doesn't seem like it would be. We also already checked the FSM troubleshooting guide for not starting and that really didnt help.

We're lost here, so this is your chance to shine rx7club. Live up to your potential and help me figure out what's wrong

which fuel lines did you replace??? from the fuel filter to the rat's nest?

Make sure you didnt accidently mix up the return with the flow line

I dont think its flooded, the grounds are fine, we didnt change or move any during this whole thing and didnt do anything with any electrical stuff. We checked every single plug we could see and all of them are going where they should be.

Please help ppl, what should we check

Can you explain what it does when you try to start it? Does it start for a split second, and then die? Or just crank and not start at all?

When turning the key it cranks over and over and over again but doesnt start (not even for a split second). I've tried giving it gas when starting it and a couple times it *almost* sounded like it wanted to start but still didnt come close. There is also a small amount of exhaust that comes out of the mufflers when trying to start.

Did you prime the fuel system once you replaced those lines? (Jumper the yellow connector)

No I didn't do that, I guess I will later today when my friend wakes up but we didnt think that would cause it to not start. I'll try that next.

UPDATE

Ok, we primed the fuel system and checked the fuel pump and it IS working. We tried doing the EGI fuse trick a bunch of times to see if it was flooded, and guess what? It started!! with a ton of smoke though. Anyways i had to hold the throttle in slightly to keep it running, and once it was warmed up i could let the throttle out all the way and it held an idle at 530-550 rpms (really low). My friend and i checked the idle speed on top of the TB and its as high as it will go already, if i put in the clutch it will idle at 750 but when i take it out it idles at 550 or less. Any ideas? I turned the car off and started it again and it started just fine but still idled low... went driving around and it drove fine too

anyone?? anyone at all...

it idles and holds it's idle, but it sits at 500-550 and we've tried everything in the FSM to adjust the idle and its doing nothing... we also cleaned the BAC to try that... any ideas on what to do to raise the idle?
