PLEASE HELP! Beyond start...

my car was runnning fine yesterday morning. i drove to work and came home. i was pretty low on gas... almost empty. i got home, and installed my backseats. didnt unplug anything retaining to the engine other than the battery.. when i finished i was going to leave to get gas, but my car wont start. turns over fine. but no fuel is getting to the engine. im sure of that. the punp isnt turning on, or geting any power back to it. i checked all the fuses i could, but none were blown. and then i turned on the ignition to test for power again, and my microtech controller isnt switching on.... this has me worried. everything else turns on.

heres a list of mods to the engine:

JDM S5 90 Turbo II block, Custom built with large street port, All done by KD Rotary
Full Microtech LT8 eletronics conversion, with carbon fiber handset controller
Large Greddy Front mount kit (Largest FMIC they make for the FC3s RX-7)
3in Racing Beat Downpipe
Full 3in Custom Exhaust
Megan Racing 3in Mufflers with 4.5in tips
Magnaflow high flow cat.
Nology plug wires
AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator
*3d Gen. fuel pump*
*Custom battery relocation kit*
MazdaSpeed motor and tranny mounts
ClutchMasters stage 3 clutch
Mazdatrix short shifter
Turbo XS duel stage boost controllor
Turbo XS Blow off valve, type RFL
Fresh Rebuilt Factory Turbo
Ported wastegate and scroll removal done

please help. im pretty sure theres no fuel pressure at all and im running out of ideas....

Thumbs up No Fuel?

You never said you checked for spark. There is a plate on the floor on the left side of the trunk/hatch floor. It gives access to the fuel pump, and it's connector.
Pull the connector and turn on ignition. Check the plug for voltage. If there is voltage, your good to that point. The pump could be bad, not pumping,or there
is a fuel blockage. You can then measure the fuel pump current draw. Put an ammeter (should be at least rated at 15 Amps) in series with the pump. No current indicates an open pump.
If you don't measure voltage, work back from that point to the fuse until you locate voltage. The problem is an open fuse, connector or wire between where there is voltage and the pump. Having a wiring schematic and knowing how to read it is essential.
Then again it could be the control for the injectors. RX7 Maven
