Please Help !!!
I have a 1987 Turbo II with the following mods, Full 3" Racing Beat exhaust, Racing Beat fuel cut, Upgraded Holley intake fuel pump, Apexi dual chamber blow off valve, Racing beat block off plates, AEM fuel regulator, HKS intake, HKS EVC IV (boosting 1.2 bar).
I have TWO problems:
First, the car would not start. It cranks every time I turn the key, but it just does not want to turn over. I tested my battery, starter, and alternator, and there all working fine. I cleaned the spark plugs, replace the plug wires with some Magnecores, and still no luck. Every time I want to drive my car I have to push start it.
Second, When I drive my car below 3,500 rpm the motor hesistates and feels as if the motor is getting flooded, BUT after 3,500 rpm once boost kicks in, the motor runs fine, as if nothing is wrong. I tried turning off my boost controller, tried removing the regulator because i thought it was too much fuel for the motor, I tried cleaning the spark plugs, I put in injector cleaner just in case my injectors might be clogged, I tried almost everything in my knowledge to fix my car, Please Help, I Am Open For Any Suggestions.
