I just drove to a buddies and when i started my car after leaving it didn't have any warning lights on when i turned the key half way, and when i turned key to start it clicked once and didn't start. I used cables and jump started it and it worked. I drove for a while and when i started again after i turned it off it wouldn't work again.
Any advice would be appreciated

 

sounds like your battery needs replacing....

 

Yep...You need to figure out what your alternator voltage is doing, but it sounds like the battery. How old is it?
