Well after searching on here and not being able to find a actual place that actually sells small quantities of 10ohm 1% resistors, (Besides rx7.com but $10 a piece is way overpriced) I finally found a place. Hope it helps someone.

Any electronics store. Don't buy the ceramic power resistors unless you are mounting them at the ECU. They soak in oil and will hold moisture. Even then I would suggest getting the nice looking resistors in finned aluminum cases and mount them to the top of the ECU cover. Looks pretty slick...
