from a google search i am guessing you are trying to do a sleepy eyes setup on your rx7

just use the manual turn up on the lights and then pull the retractor fuse in the engine bay then use the adjustment ***** under the headlights to lower them where you want.

Hmm i think the big problem is, pivot makes more than one controller. People need to know what you have besides a pivot controller.
Pivot speed meter controller
Pivot throttle controller
Pivot water spray controller
Pivot shift lamp controller
Pivot voltage controller
Pivot racing monitor controller
Pivot headlamp controller
Tell us what we need to know, and we might be able to help you

look in the FSM and then look at this http://www.zeroyon.com/pics/installs...tructions.html then you can subsitute the wire types for the correct one vs. the 240sx wire.

OR

Look in the fsm and see what wires do what on the headlight setup and DONT cut them but stick the wires in the end of the plug to make contact until you find which wires work. Still you will need to use a few bits of info from the above link.

I have a PDF of the installation instructions I found a few years ago. They're too large to attach here (1.1MB) but I've pulled the pages needed for FC's.

Not to be a jerk or nothing but from all the above posts the piece you got from the junkyard is for controlling the flip up headlights aka sleepy eyes. Not hating but it seems like an awful lot of work to cut and splice wires when you could just turn the screw and pull the fuse.

It took me 20 minutes to wire the pivot controller.

The pivot controller enables you to drive safely at night, while retaining the low profile look during the day.

Plus pulling the fuse and turning the **** every time is so much more "work".

Night time visability is your friend.

I found a free dog poop on the sidewalk in front of my house, but I'm not putting it in the car just because it was free.

The "low profile" look during the day is the headlights fully closed, like they should be. Sleepy eye headlights look dumbtarded, and increase drag and most likely lift as well.

Well if you were considering putting dog poop in your car youve got issues..

As for lift/drag, im not going for "speed". Im going for how I want the car to look, and what I want to buy and install. Im not building a 8sec 13b drag car, im building a slow stock motor, intake/exhaust, slammed, full suspension, CLEAN car.

Pics will be posted later.

As for the flaming, keep your opinions to yourself, I dont go running my mouth on how stock someones car is or how build and riced out is it. So dont do it to me.
